FOOT LOCKER REIMAGINED X WNBL

On Friday October 18, Foot Locker unveiled its first reimagined store concept in Australia, located in Melbourne Central. The ribbon was cut at 10:00 by Natalie Ellis, GM & VP of Foot Locker and the iconic stripers. The store epitomises Foot Locker's ongoing evolution and stands as a testament to the brand’s leadership in sneaker and basketball culture. Key highlights included 'Home Court', the ‘Sneaker Hub’, exclusive sneaker drops and the external “Spend, Spin and Win” activation. 

Further, Foot Locker was announced as a major partner of the WNBL on October 10. The Melbourne Central store played host to the WNBL 24/245 Season launch attended by media and partners. Hosted by Candy Hertz, players from each of the teams participated in a Q&A, photo and videography opps  and 1:1 press interviews.

Our objective was to position Foot Locker as a leader in sneaker and hoops culture by highlighting the evolution of the brand and deepen Foot Locker’s connection to the hoops community by partnering with the WNBL and hosting the Season launch, emphasising the brand’s support for women's sport.
