MEET THE FOUNDER

Snezana Hay has spent more than two decades inside the world of sport, entertainment and brand storytelling - leading major campaigns, managing global talent and shaping moments that capture public attention. But after years working across both agency and in-house roles, she saw a gap in the market: brands weren’t getting the personalised, senior-level support they deserved, campaigns were becoming increasingly complex and opportunities to connect meaningfully with audiences were being missed.

So in 2018, she launched SPEAK Communications.

What started as a one-woman consultancy has grown into one of Australia's leading independent sport, entertainment and culture PR agencies. Under Snezana's leadership, SPEAK has built a reputation for turning big moments into meaningful conversations, helping brands, talent and rights holders connect with audiences through strategic storytelling, earned media, events and influencer engagement.

Today, SPEAK partners with some of the world's biggest brands, sporting organisations and entertainment properties and was recognised as Mumbrella CommsCon Boutique PR Agency of the Year in 2024.
