FOOT LOCKER X THE ELECTRIC CHAIR BARBER SHOP TAKEOVER
Foot Locker celebrated youth and sneaker culture in Brisbane with a new “power” store opening and unique partnership with local barber shop, The Electric Chair.
Located at the high-traffic Queen Street Mall intersection, the expansive 719sqm Foot Locker store is a relocation and major expansion of the previous Foot Locker and House of Hoops store in the adjacent Albert St.
The new store brings a new level of retail experience and sneaker culture excitement to Brisbane City. With tiered levels of premium men’s, women’s and kids footwear, apparel and accessories, the store will provide a first-of-its kind interactive experience in partnership with Nike, where hoops lovers can test their basketball footwork skills and experience with real time digital and audio feedback and scores.
In celebration of its new store opening, SPEAK worked closely with the Foot Locker team to deliver a fully-immersive brand experience that saw the introduction of the Foot Locker Fade.”
